Yes, businesses can upgrade or downgrade their plan based on their evolving needs. Changes can be made at the beginning of a billing cycle.
Subscriptions are available on yearly basis, although the subscription can be paid in monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Long-term subscribers may receive additional benefits such as discounts and priority access to resources.
